Web, AI & Digital Solutions Specialist

Leadhouse is a digital agency that helps businesses create and develop their web and marketing solutions. Our team works on projects ranging from websites and applications to CRM systems, automation, integrations, analytics, and AI-powered solutions.

We are looking for a versatile, independent, and resourceful person to join our team part-time.

We are not necessarily looking for a traditional developer focused on custom development. We are looking for a broadly skilled, full-stack profile: someone comfortable working across technologies, platforms, and project types, who learns quickly and finds solutions.

The most important skill for this role is the ability to use AI effectively to design, build, and improve digital solutions, including websites, applications, integrations, automation, and internal tools. You will also actively work with MCP (Model Context Protocol). Understanding, using, and integrating MCP is an important part of the role.

• Use AI daily to create, develop, research, and solve problems.
• Help create and improve websites and applications.
• Work with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Framer, Payload CMS, and others according to project needs.
• Work with CRM systems, including GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Actively use MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect tools, data, and systems to AI-based solutions.
• Help build automation, integrations, and solutions using APIs and a variety of tools.
• Configure and work with analytics and tracking tools.
• Move comfortably between different project types and platforms.
• Research, test, and recommend solutions when new problems or needs arise.
• Test implemented solutions and contribute to quality assurance.

• Strong ability to work with AI tools.
• Ability to actively use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and understand its practical applications.
• Versatile technical skills and a strong interest in different areas of digital work.
• A good general understanding of the web and digital technologies.
• Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
• Strong independence and resourcefulness.
• Ability to research, test, and find solutions without detailed instructions for every step.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage different types of tasks and projects.
• Working proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

• Employment status: employee.
• Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours per week, with the possibility of eventually moving to a full-time role.
• Remote work.
• Flexible schedule.
• Availability required at least three days per week between 10 and 11 a.m.
• Start date: as soon as possible.
• Languages: working proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
• Compensation: to be discussed based on experience and candidate profile.

We are looking for someone curious, independent, and versatile who is comfortable exploring unfamiliar territory. You do not need to master every platform from the start.
